The UNESCO Global Geopark Revalidation Panel left Taishan for Yimengshan to kick off its revalidation mission.

On June 26, having finished field surveys at Taishan UNESCO Global Geopark, the expert team departed Tai’an for Yimengshan UNESCO Global Geopark in Linyi for on-site revalidation inspections.

Yimengshan Geopark will fully coordinate with the panel. It will address shortcomings, upgrade construction standards, maintain its reputed UNESCO brand and boost local economic growth.
