The traditional handcrafted production of Yimeng Zimu Pear Syrup uses only century-old native pears grown in the southern mountainous region of Yimeng. The heritage recipe follows more than ten meticulous steps: hand selection and air-drying, cutting and coring, boiling over wood fire, filtering the juice through coarse cloth, slow simmering to concentrate the syrup, clay-jar aging, and finally bottling for storage. The unique craftsmanship yields a syrup with a smooth, mellow flavor, and it plays an active role in promoting human health and wellness.
