In order to celebrate the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and deeply implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, Yimengshan Global Geopark Administration held a "Party Founding Day" knowledge competition with the theme of "Learn the 20th National Congress, Always Follow the Party, and Strive for a New Journey" on June 30, with the participation of members of the bureau's leadership and more than 90 cadres and workers.
Comrade Ju Chengxiang, secretary of the leading party group and director of the bureau, pointed out in his speech at the competition that launching this knowledge competition is an important way to forge a contingent of cadres who are loyal and clean and responsible. He also hoped that all participating teams will get improved, enhanced, and motivated through the competition.
6 teams with a total of 18 people participated in the on-site competition, of which the content has been mainly geological knowledge, investigating the participants' comprehension of the jurisdiction and work responsibilities of Yimengshan Global Geopark, and further deepening the understanding of geological knowledge. The competition is divided into four parts: individual must-answer, group must-answer, preemptive question and risk question. At the competition site, the players were full of spirit and calm, showing a solid foundation of professional theoretical knowledge and showing a good mental outlook.
After fierce competition, a total of 1 first prize, 2 second prizes and 3 third prizes were decided on the spot. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the audience, the competition site also adopted the "lottery" mode, randomly selecting the on-site audience to answer the questions interactively, which has achieved good learning results.
