In order to further improve the real-time monitoring and inspection capabilities of Mengshan Mountain Area and promote the construction of intelligent parks, Yimengshan UNESCO Global Geopark Administration held the 2023 training course for law enforcement supervisors from May 8 to 9. Relevant responsible comrades and professional backbones of the Law Enforcement Supervision Division of the Bureau, the Law Enforcement Supervision Service Center of Yimengshan UNESCO Global Geopark and the Protection Supervision Service Center of the four counties of Yinan, Feixian, Mengyin and Pingyi attended the training.
At the training, Dr. Zhang Yingsong of the Scientific Research and Science Popularization Department of the Bureau explained the profound geological evolution history of Yimengshan UNESCO Global Geopark and other relevant knowledge in simple terms, emphasizing the importance of ecological development and protection of the park. Experts of Shandong Yingshijiao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and explained the knowledge of UAV-related laws and regulations and the on-site practical flight teaching of UAVs, aiming to use new technology to greatly improve the efficiency of law enforcement supervision in the park and achieve sustainable development of Mengshan.
Through the two-day training, the trainees better understand the protection work of the park and the use of drones. The application of drones will help better carry out the investigation and exploration of some peaks that are difficult to reach by manpower, and conduct real-time observation of tourist behavior, so as to better protect historical sites and achieve sustainable and long-term development of Mengshan.
