Yimengshan UNESCO Global Geopark launches common sense popularization activity

To improve staff’s professional skills and knowledge and arouse their enthusiasm in participating in the mid-term assessment of UNESCO Global Geopark, Protection and Development Center of Mengshan Mountain launched a common sense popularization activity on knowledgeable and competent capacity of Yimengshan UNESCO Global Geopark on July 27, 2021.

The activity was initiated by the Resource Investigation and Monitoring Office. Covering the global geopark, geological heritage resources, ecological resources, cultural relic resources, scenic spots and other aspects, general knowledge of global geoparks was spread through the WeChat.

In addition, Resource Investigation and Monitoring Office will summarize the content issued into a book and make it into popular science reading materials for self-learning, and continuously improve the knowledge and intellectual equipment of all the managers and staff.
