Yimengshan Geopark Carried Out Science Popularization Lecture

On April 4, a science popularization lecture for middle and primary school students was carried out in Daigu Area, Yimengshan Geopark. More than one thousand teachers and students participated in the lecture.

In the lecture, expert of Yimengshan Geopark, Wang Zhaobo firstly emphasized the local geological knowledge, namely the material composition and formation process of Daigu landform. Then he briefly introduced the overall situation and recent research results of the Yimengshan Geopark.

This lecture was closely related to the local reality and easy to understand, which received a warm response in the audience. At the same time, it has an effect on encouraging students to establish a bold and innovative, rigorous and pragmatic spirit to knowledge.
